These rules are supplemental to the Terms and Conditions of this Website (the “Website Terms and Conditions”) which can be found here and the other Rules and Policies referred to in the Website Terms and Conditions. Unless from the context it is obvious that an alternative meaning applies, all words and phrases given a defined meaning in the Website Terms and Conditions have the same meaning in these rules.
1. REFUND & RETURNS POLICY
If the product is damaged, contact customer service within 7 days of receipt for a new machine. we have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
2. WARRANTY AND FAULTS
The blood pressure monitor and oximeter are guaranteed for 2 years from purchase date or replacement date. If your monitor or oximeter are faulty and they have not been damaged, you can return them and it will be a free repair.
